We’ve made some exciting changes to our Fridays Rewards® Program
Here’s a taste of what to expect from our Fridays Rewards® Program. Joining is free, quick and easy. Sign up here or download the TGI Fridays App and join there. Earn a Free App immediately when you join that you can redeem with the purchase of an entrée. Plus enjoy a free Chips & Salsa every time you dine in just for being a Rewards member. We’ve made some changes to our points levels, check them out here. All rewards can be redeemed when you dine-in, order online or To Go.
Already A Member?
Great! Here’s what to do:
If you haven’t logged in since 11/16/20, go here and click on “Transfer Points” then complete the form with the email address associated to your Rewards account. A migration code will be sent to your email within a few minutes. Enter the code on your screen to finish the transfer. If you don’t receive a migration code within a few minutes, please send an email to [email protected]. Your points from the Previous Rewards program will be transferred within 30 minutes after you enter your migration code. The account transfer process will have to be completed one time only. After that and for future visits, you’ll click “Login” to sign into your Fridays Rewards® account.
If you are using the new Fridays™ mobile app for the first time, click on “Transfer Points” and complete the form with the email address associated to your Rewards account. A migration code will be sent to your email within a few minutes. Enter the code on your screen to finish the transfer. If you don’t receive a migration code within a few minutes, please send an email to [email protected]. After that, the mobile app will keep you logged in. If for any reason you log out, all you will need to do in future visits is to click “Log In” button on the app and use your new credentials.
If you are having trouble login in or don’t see your balance within 30 minutes of completing the account transfer form, please send an email to: [email protected]. Please allow 24 hrs to get back to you.

If you went through the migration process but do not see your points:
Please Contact Us or call the TGI Fridays™ Guest Relations team at 1-800-FRIDAYS/1-800-374-3297, select option 1, and then select option 4.
Need to change your email address?
If you want to change your email address associated to your Rewards account at any time, please send an email to [email protected]. We will ask you to verify some account information before we make any changes. After that, you may sign in to your Rewards account with your new email address and your existing password.

If would like to sign up…
Via the Web: You can join via the web by going to Fridays Rewards® and selecting “Sign Up” to create a new Rewards account. After that, you’ll click “Login” to sign into your Rewards account.
Via the App: You can join via your mobile phone by downloading the TGI Fridays mobile app, selecting “Sign Up” and completing the enrollment from there.
What is Fridays Rewards®?

REWARDS ACCOUNT
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every qualifying $1 dollar spent on food and drinks in our restaurants and online. Simply show your server your phone number associated with your Fridays Rewards® account when you are seated or order online through our app or website and you will be prompted for your Rewards number.
How are Rewards earned?
Rewards are earned when you achieve the qualifying number of points. Choose your reward from the below reward levels once achieved. For a detailed list of qualifying products, click here.

Where can I find or use my Rewards?
Via the Web: Login to your Rewards account by signing into your Fridays Rewards® account and navigating to “Redeem Rewards”. All available rewards will be listed. Rewards can only be used once. Each Reward is valid for 12 hours from date of issuance. If you do not use the code in that time frame, we will return the points to your account.
Once you have obtained your Rewards from points, please provide the code to your server so it can be applied to your check. If you are ordering online through Fridays.com, you will be able to select your Rewards on your shopping cart under the “Fridays Rewards®” section, from there you can select the item you which to redeem and apply it to your subtotal before checkout.
Via the App: Open the app and go to “Rewards”, then “My Rewards” to access your available rewards. Rewards can only be used once. Each Reward on the mobile app is valid for 12 hours from date of issuance. If you do not use the code in that time frame, we will return the points to your account.
Your code will be valid on the app for 12 hours for you to show to your server during your Fridays visit. You don’t need to obtain a code if you are ordering online through the mobile app. Instead, add the qualifying item of your choice to your cart. Once you reach the payment screen during checkout, click on “Redeem” and select the reward you want to apply to your check. Once applied, the qualifying item will be discounted from your subtotal.
Do points expire?
Points do not expire for active members. Just make a purchase (in store or online) or redeem your points at least once every 12 months to remain active. Make sure you provide the server your phone number associated with your Fridays Rewards® account during each visit to ensure you receive points and to remain an active member.
What benefits do I get from being a Fridays Rewards® member?
You will earn one point for every dollar spent at participating restaurants on qualifying purchases with food. Use your earned points to select from a variety of free food Rewards. Rewards offers will expire if not used at a Participating Restaurant within thirty (30) days from the date it is issued. This expiration varies offer to offer.

Are there exceptions on how to earn points?
Points are earned based on your check subtotal after any discounts have been applied. For example, if your total check is $50 and you apply a coupon or redeem a free item, you will only earn points on the pre-tax, pre-gratuity balance of the check after the coupon or free item has been deducted from your check.
You may not earn points on the purchase of Gift Cards or redemption of Bonus Bites or any other promotions, unless explicitly advertised.
You can only earn points on alcoholic beverages when there is food included on the check.
Are Catering Orders eligible to earn points?
Yes, you can earn points on catering orders. The person paying the check will receive points towards their Rewards account.
Can I earn points on delivery orders?
You will not earn points on orders placed through 3rd Party Delivery providers including but not limited to: Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates etc.
Do I have to use my rewards on my next visit?
No, you can choose to use your reward on any future visits if the reward is still valid.
- Birthday offers expire after 30 days
- Registration offers expire after 30 days
- Rewards items redeemed in the app are valid for 12 hours. If they are not used within that timeframe, they will revert to points in your account.
- Rewards items redeemed online are valid for 12 hours. If they are not used within that timeframe, they will revert to points in your account.
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
- Keep in mind that any reward obtained with points will revert to points if not used within the valid 12-hour timeframe.
Can points or rewards be transferred?
No. You cannot sell or transfer points to anyone. Additionally, you cannot load or buy additional points for your Rewards account.
Can cards or accounts be shared?
Yes. You can share your account with family or friends. However, Rewards points cannot be transferred to another Rewards account.
How many rewards can be used per visit?
Only 1 (one) reward coupon can be used within a span of 4 hours from one account when ordering online or through the Fridays™ mobile app. Multiple rewards coupons and offers can be used together when ordering in-store at a TGI Fridays™ restaurant.
Can points be split on one bill?
No. Only one Rewards account can earn the points per check.
How can I check my points and rewards balance?
Points will be displayed on your account within 24 hours of the check being closed or after scanning a check bar code from the mobile app.
Rewards members can review points and balances on our Fridays™ Mobile App or online at https://www.fridays.com/loyalty.
Are you having trouble logging in?
- You will need to use the same email address that you created your Fridays Rewards® account with in order to sign in (example: [email protected]).
- If you forgot your password or did not receive a password, click here and then navigate to the “Member?” section and click the “Forgot Password?” link.
- Enter your email address associated with your Fridays Rewards® account and click submit.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- If you’re still having trouble accessing your account, please fill out a Contact Us form.
How can I see my current rewards?
Via the Web: Log in to Fridays Rewards® and go to Account History to see Rewards you’ve already redeemed. If you’ve redeemed a reward but haven’t used it yet, you’ll see your promo code in your Account History.
Via the App: Open the TGI Fridays Mobile App. Click More in the menu, then Account History to see Rewards you’ve already redeemed. If you’ve redeemed a reward but haven’t used it yet, you’ll see your promo code in your Account History.
What purchases qualify for rewards?
- Purchase that includes food at participating locations will be credited points.
- Rewards points will be given for dine-in, to-go and delivery orders purchased through Fridays™.
- Rewards points will be given if you pay with a gift card only when there is a published promotional offer.
- Rewards points will not be given for alcoholic beverage-only purchases. To qualify, the check must also include a food item.
- Rewards points will not be given for sales tax, state fees, delivery charges or gratuities.
- Rewards points will not be given for items received for free due to coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.
I just dined in and forgot to tell my server I’m a Rewards member. How do I get Fridays Rewards® Credit?
Via the web:
- Go to Fridays Rewards® and select “Log in”.
- Enter your email address and password that is associated with your current Fridays Rewards® account.
- Pull down the menu in the upper right, labeled “Hi, (your name)”.
- Select “Rewards”.
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Enter Receipt Barcode”.
Via Fridays™ Mobile App:
- Select “Sign In”.
- Enter your email address and password that is associated with your current Fridays Rewards® account.
- Select the “Rewards” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Earn Points”.
- Select either “Scan Receipt Barcode” or “Enter Receipt Barcode Number”.
Contact Us For Additional Assistance
- Go to Contact Us and submit your information (date, location, check number) in the “Your Message” box.
- Call 1-800-FRIDAYS (1-800-374-3297), select option 1, option 4, and provide us with your check information.
You have 30 days from the date on your receipt to scan your barcode and earn points.
After I register what will TGI Fridays do with my information?
We do not share your information. TGI Fridays™ will send you company information, special offers and promotions. Your phone number or email is necessary to look up your account.
Miscellaneous information for unsubscribing, terminating Rewards membership and fraudulent activity.
You must have a valid email address to participate in the program. If the email account linked to the Rewards account becomes invalid, TGI Fridays™ has the right to terminate the Rewards account per our Terms & Conditions.
We may discontinue the Fridays Rewards® program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know. If you do not use your Rewards Program to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with the terms and conditions, TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Rewards program.
When unsubscribing from our Rewards Program or marketing emails, TGI Fridays Inc.™ has the right to terminate all Rewards memberships associated to your email address, and forfeit your entitlement to any Program rewards or credits immediately upon deactivation or termination of your account.
TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to change the Rewards Program, including but not limited to, the number of points earned on each purchase, value of rewards, redemption and terms and conditions. If there are changes to any part of the Rewards Program, the updates will be published on our website at tgifridays.com and will be communicated to you if we have a valid email address for you. Your continued participation in the Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
